The Base Supply Center (BSC) – Office Runway is proudly operated by the Cincinnati Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired (CABVI) under the authority of the U.S. Department of Defense and the Committee for Purchase from People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled. Our mission is to provide high-quality products manufactured by agencies supporting individuals with blindness and disabilities across the United States, including premium SKILCRAFT® products.

Our 9,000-square-foot store serves the office, janitorial, and Unit Funded clothing needs of our Base customers. For online shoppers, we offer a vast inventory of over 40,000 items. all available for convenient delivery straight to your door.
