The Base Supply Center is operated by the Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CABVI) under the authority of the U.S. Department of Defense and the Committee for Purchase from People Who are Blind or Severely Disabled. The primary purpose of OFFICE RUNWAY is to distribute quality products manufactured by blindness and disability agencies all across the United States.
