About Us
The Base Supply Center (BSC) is operated by the Cincinnati Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired (CABVI) under the authority of the U.S. Department of Defense and the Committee for Purchase from People Who are Blind or Severely Disabled.
The BSC is an experienced government distributor and sells quality products manufactured by blindness and disability agencies across the United States. We are committed to bringing you quality JWOD products as well as trusted commercial products from manufacturers such as 3M, Avery, Bic, Sony, Maxell, and many others.
Launched in 2001, the Base Supply Center is operated by the Cincinnati Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired (CABVI), a private, nonprofit organization with a long and respected tradition of providing comprehensive services to those who are blind or visually impaired.
