Lockout/Tagout Hasp is designed to secure switches, valves and other energy devices from use while equipment is being serviced or repaired. Lockout/tagout procedures help ensure dangerous machines are properly turned off and not restarted before maintenance is complete. Lockout features a 1" closed hasp hole with pry-resistant tabs for extra security. Hasp is high-visibility red and designed with six holes to accommodate padlocks with shackles up to 3/8" diameter. Lockout is made from heavy-duty steel and measures 1-1/2" wide x 5" long. It is produced by Americans who are blind.
